Echo7 Studios POD Return Policy

We accept returns or replacements only for the following issues:

• Damaged items

• Misprinted items

• Defective items

• Incorrect items received

If any of these occur, please contact us at e7studioshh@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will open a claim with our production partner (Printify/Printful) and they will remake or refund the item.

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Items without an issue

As our products are printed on demand specifically for each order, we cannot accept general returns.

**Do not ship items back to us.

Any unauthorized returns sent to our address cannot be accepted.**
