Shipping Policy — Echo7 Studios LLC

Production & Fulfillment Time
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and season. Print-on-demand items (such as apparel, mugs, home goods, and accessories) are printed and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• United States: 3–9 business days

• International: 7–21 business days
  Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs, or holiday delays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. This is normal for print-on-demand products and helps reduce waste, cost, and delivery time.

Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped. Echo7 Studios LLC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, Echo7 Studios LLC is not liable for delivery delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. We will, however, assist you in opening a carrier claim if needed.

Customs & Import Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country.
